Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50
- Orders under £50 will charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.
For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@arquegolf.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ARQUE GOLF cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
